IELS 2025 International Report Released

The international results of the International Early Learning and Child Well-being Study (IELS) have been released, presenting internationally comparable data on the learning and well-being of 5-year-old children attending Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) centres and/or schools. The study directly measured emergent literacy and numeracy, executive function, as well as social and emotional skills. In addition, it collected information on each participating child through questionnaires completed by parents and staff.
