The Academic Network on Global Education & Learning (ANGEL) has released the third edition of their project; Global Education Digest. This project, which began in 2018 with two past editions, was launched on November 9 and coordinated by Professor Massimiliano Tarozzi from the University of Bologna and the Development Education Research Centre (DERC), on behalf of Global Education Network Europe (GENE) in the framework of ANGEL activities.
This new multilingual edition offers a catalogue of academic and research materials relevant to the field of global education, providing an invaluable guide for researchers, policymakers and practitioners, and indicating a further milestone in the development of this area of research. Readers can find interesting materials on themes such as Global Citizenship Education, Development Education, Human Rights Education, Education for Sustainability, Education for Peace / Conflict Prevention and Intercultural Education.
Global Education Digest 2020 is available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, applicable to the field of universal education discourse. ANGEL (Academic Network on Global Education & Learning) is the academic network of global education researchers and academics, the establishment of which has been made possible with funding support from the European Commission.
