Theme: “Crossing Boundaries in Education: Fostering Innovative, Inclusive, and Sustainable Learning Environments”
Introduction
Hosted for the first time in the Arab Gulf region, the 39th ICSEI Congress will bring together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners from around the world to share insights on educational effectiveness and improvement.
For the first time, participants will engage in sessions in both English and Arabic, with major events fully translated. ICSEI 2026 is designed as an accessible congress for all, with physical, linguistic, and digital inclusion at its core.
In addition to traditional formats such as keynote sessions, symposia, and paper presentations, the congress will introduce new initiatives including masterclasses, learning visits, and TED-style talks—ensuring that this is not only a conference, but an unforgettable learning experience.
