The International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA) invites proposals for creating a report based on secondary analysis of TIMSS data.Proposals must be submitted by 4 May 2018.
Using TIMSS data, proposals should show an understanding of whether discernible patterns of incorrect answers can be used to understand misconceptions in mathematics and science.
The project should be an 80 to 150-page report that includes, in addition to the main text, an executive summary, tables, graphs, and cited references. The project is expected to run from 1 July 2018 to 1 July 2019.
